A local hand-shaken beverage shop in Yilan 🔸 Blue Tea House 🔸
Adhering to the philosophy of "local, natural, good flavor,"
they use tea leaves cultivated by award-winning local tea farmers in Yilan,
and prioritize consumer health,
using high-quality ingredients to prepare these drinks.
(⚠️ My personal preference is for stronger pure teas, no sugar and no ice)
✅ Yilan Pomelo Blossom Oolong 🥤
I ordered this drink which is recommended by most people in Google reviews,
and it’s not commonly seen.
I was worried that the unsweetened version might lack flavor, so I ordered it lightly sweetened.
You can definitely taste the pomelo blossom aroma,
and it’s not very astringent,
but it tastes very watery,
I even couldn't finish it and had to dump it out 😅
✅ Yilan Jin Xuan 🥤
It’s hard to really taste the Jin Xuan.
As soon as you take a sip, there’s a bit of sourness,
and it lacks the milky aroma characteristic of Jin Xuan.
The concentration isn’t too weak,
but it’s also a bit of a letdown 😅
This pure tea isn't cheap,
and they have a long passage on the wall about their philosophy.
But perhaps it just doesn’t suit my taste or there was a quality issue that day,
so overall, I won’t be returning for a purchase again 😅
