I brought my mother here to celebrate her birthday today. After looking for a Kaohsiung steakhouse for a long time, I found this small restaurant. It is run by a young couple. However, the environment, service attitude and food are all above the standard, and there is no service charge. You must try it. Recommended to everyone!
The meals here are all a set, from appetizers to final desserts. Consumers can choose appetizers, main meals and drinks. We choose the ones with evenly distributed oil flowers:
-American Angus Steak ($1680), cooked medium-rare and bloody, but melts in your mouth when eaten
-Australian Wagyu M9 Steak ($1580), cooked 5 minutes with blood, crispy on the outside, and with smooth and tender meat, it tastes more layered
At first I was worried that I would be disappointed, but when the first pre-meal bread was served, I was very surprised because the sauce that comes with it is the store’s own creamy spicy sauce (although it is spicy sauce, it is not spicy at all, it is Thai sweet and sour style) ).
The store's attentiveness can be seen in every meal after that, especially the desserts. The jam on top of the strawberry cheese has strawberry particles. Every dish is really made by myself. I really recommend a try!
