The brunch shop at the entrance of the University of Hospitality and Tourism is very popular among students when school starts. I've been there a few times and found it quite good. Recently, I've noticed that ordering has become more convenient! You can use the official website to place your order for pickup from home, and you can also pay using Line Pay in advance. When the time comes, you just pick up your meal, which saves you waiting time. If you want to dine in, it's also great; there are plenty of comfortable seats, but it gets quite hot in the summer.

I was originally worried that I wouldn't be full and ordered a breakfast for over a hundred dollars, but after finishing the combo with red tea, I was already super full!

When I received it, I thought it would taste quite bland since the mashed potato was very thin, but it actually had a rich and smooth potato flavor. The lettuce included was thick and crispy, and they paired well together.

The shop offers a combo meal with choices of pork or chicken, and you can also choose side items like fries or chicken nuggets. The drinks can be warm or iced red tea.
Before eating the combo, remember to take out the little toothpick. Initially, the toast felt dry, but because it had a thin layer of mayonnaise and moisture from the vegetables, the texture was just right. It contained ham, egg, lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy chicken. Overall, it was quite hearty. The sweetness of the red tea wasn’t too high; drinking it warm in winter was just perfect.
