This Omakase is opened by a disciple of the Tokyo sushi god!
He spent several years at the three-Michelin-star restaurant of the sushi god in Tokyo. He returned to Taiwan and opened a small restaurant in Hsinchu. There were two rounds a night and six seats per round. It was a pure nigiri sushi shop!
Their specialty is vinegar rice which is sour! But the tuna is really good
There are 15 nigiri sushi in total. Since I forgot to use the built-in camera to take pictures of them all, I can only share a few pictures🤣
This place is very difficult to book! Probably the only Omakase in Taiwan related to the God of Sushi
I met a few people from Tainan that day and they thought this restaurant was even more delicious than the most difficult-to-order Omakase in Adachi in Taiwan!
But I personally don’t particularly love this restaurant. I think the price is a bit too high. The two of us didn’t drink at all. We added a few drinks and the price was almost 20,000. I feel that there are more and better choices, but if you can order it, I still recommend everyone to eat it once!
