這家的座位區很整潔明亮，冷氣最盛，器具跟茶水醬料都是在座位上可以取得的位置，不用起身走動。

點餐採用平板點餐，點餐會用新幹線造型的管道帶傳到你的面前，送菜真的蠻快的，每個家分店的品質都很固定，而且食物擺盤也有及格。

海膽幹貝漢堡味道很推薦，給人視覺上的回味，咬下去滿滿的海鮮鮮味。
鮭魚子三貫還不錯，鮭魚卵夠大顆，而且鋪得很滿，不用沾醬就可以嚐到顆顆在口中爆裂的鮭魚卵鹹味，超讚。
味噌湯變得非常好喝的，沒有上次的魚腥味，加分。
茶碗蒸料很多，有兩塊雞腿肉跟一個扇貝肉，雞腿肉QQ很好吃，不過記得以前在別家店有吃蝦到子，不是不是改菜單配方了，總之我覺得無論味道還是上，放扇貝肉都比放蝦子還要合口味。
旗魚握壽司味道上我覺得沒什麼差，口感比較有嚼勁，偏普通。
整體來說還行，品質沒有太差，想不到什麼可以吃的話可以試試看這家喔！
