A new hot pot restaurant opened on the 3F of Shenghengchang Duty Free Store in May this year
The welcoming clerk had a good attitude
Very attentive when introducing meals
Meal time is only 80 minutes
The meal time is too short, which is a pity

The soy milk soup base is almost only color and has no taste...
The soup base is as clear as water
So I didn’t take any pictures!
The only thing I recommend is the dish area
All original ingredients, no processed foods
Processed hot pot ingredients, meatballs, pulp
All require extra points

As for the vegetables, the ingredients are quite fresh.
There are also some special dishes
Such as elf mushrooms and water lotus
The vegetables are washed and sorted quite cleanly.

If you like light food, you can try it
But if you have a large appetite or heavy taste
It is recommended to consider other hotpot restaurants
Like Guo Dao Le or Lemongrass Hot Pot

And there was an incident during the meal
When ordering, the clerk clearly informed
You have to wait for the rice to be cooked to order
So it takes about 1 hour to eat
Because there are less than 20 minutes left before meal time
But the staple food hasn’t arrived yet…
So I asked the store clerk
Indicates that there is not much time left to eat and you are already full
If it has not been produced yet, can it be canceled?

The clerk’s response was:
The meal has been prepared and cannot be canceled
Since it is cooked to order, it will take a long time.

Another 20 minutes passed
It’s been 80 minutes since meal time
Still haven’t waited for the meal⋯
I asked the clerk again and got the same answer.
"It is being produced and cannot be canceled"
"Cooked to order, the production time is quite long."
And said that we can extend the meal time

Then the meal time came to 100 minutes
It has greatly exceeded the dining time allowed by the store
Finally, the clerk came to our table
Tell "Agree to let us cancel the meal"
This answer is really infuriating

A restaurant with only 80 minutes of dining time
Making rice takes more than 100 minutes...
And it cannot be canceled and guests are asked to wait.
In the end, we didn’t have a meal...
It makes people question the integrity of the store

If you forget to make a meal during the meal
In fact, explain it as soon as possible
I believe that customers will understand and be considerate
