When you order ramen, you can add a ball or hemisphere of noodles for free. You can choose thick or thin noodles.

Tonkotsu ramen: I chose thin noodles. The soup base is a very orthodox Japanese tonkotsu soup. In order to avoid being too greasy, two lemon slices are attached. It is recommended to add it when you are halfway through the meal.

Xibixin Ramen: The tonkotsu soup base is added with spicy powder, which tastes a little more spicy.
