Afternoon Tea1 ppl$50

A sweet potato ball vendor located in the Shilin Night Market. When I passed by, I noticed that the boss was frying a new batch of sweet potato balls. I was eating the hot sweet potato balls just out of the pot, so I stopped to buy a pack.

The fixed price for a pack of sweet potato balls is $50 (actually it says $50 for a large pack, but I didn’t see the price for a small pack hahaha)
There are many flavors to choose from, and the boss also posted a ranking of recommended flavors. The top three are plum powder, original flavor, and strawberry powder. However, I always eat the original flavor when eating sweet potato balls, so I still ordered the original flavor.

The sweet potato balls are so big that it’s a bit difficult to fit them all into one mouthful. I forgot to count the number of sweet potato balls in the pack, but my impression is that it’s probably 8-10.
In addition to the common yellow sweet potato balls, there are also sweet potato (?) sweet potato balls, but they taste quite similar, so you can’t tell the difference.
The sweet potato balls are hollow, not the kind with a very solid filling. When you bite into them, the aroma of sweet potato bursts out. I think they are sweet potato balls with enough sweet potato flavor.

Overall, the average price of a sweet potato ball is about $5-6. Since they are not small, I think the price is acceptable and they are quite delicious. If I come to Shilin Night Market next time and I happen to want to eat sweet potato balls, I will repurchase it.
