This bakery is opened by artist Xu Nailin. There is also a large human-shaped sign in the store, which is easy to spot🤣
The texture of the entire bakery is very good, and the lighting and decoration are also good. Most of the breads are European-style, and you can find basic French baguettes and European-style sourdough bread. The location is near Dahu Park Station. To be honest, there are really not many food shops in this generation. This bakery can add a little color to this deserted market.
This time I bought their taro bread, salt croissant, and crème brûlée. You can eat real taro puree inside the taro bread (slightly sweet, with a natural taro aroma); the salt croissant is very non-greasy, and it is the driest salt croissant I have ever tasted. It is also salty, but Speaking of which, the salt croissant seems to be the oily version 😂; I quite like the taste of the croissant, it has a bit of rum flavor! But their inner structure is very poorly made, with almost no holes. It just feels like eating a lump of QQ batter, which is a pity...
Overall, the price is quite expensive. The small taro bread is $30 a piece, but it is really small (smaller than a common meal bag), and the crepe is $75 (this is considered an average price); several of the varieties I bought this time tasted delicious. Not amazing
But I want to try sourdough bread later, maybe I will have a different experience
