Environment: It's similar to a hot stir-fry restaurant. There is a relatively new space with about 8 tables. This time I was assigned to sit here. It is quite clean and not crowded at all. You can see the Lingding Park opposite through the glass.

2.Salt Crispy Shrimp
Crispy salted shrimp....rice? It should be the small creek shrimp from the mountain. It is simply fried and served with pepper, salt and chopped green onion. It is quite mouth-watering.
3.Ginger soup
I originally thought it was a simple ginger clear soup based on the name, but I didn’t expect that it contained a lot of chicken offal and sauerkraut, and it was very clean and had no fishy smell at all! It's delicious, and there is a far-infrared gas cartridge on every table, which keeps heating the soup. It's very warm in the mountains where the temperature is only 7 degrees. It's great.
Fried water lotus
The original set meal was supposed to be cold cat, but it happened to be out of stock. The water lotus tastes very crispy. The stores here will add black beans and shredded ginger to stir-fry. The taste is similar, which I think is okay, but this store adds carrots. With fungus, it looks much more beautiful~
Stir-fried dried bamboo shoots
This is also delicious, with a strong smoky aroma of longan wood, and the dried bamboo shoots are slightly sour. Eat it with chicken, it is very appetizing and relieves greasiness.
