Black dried noodles are a famous snack around here.
This time I ordered black dry noodles at Park Park. A small bowl of dry noodles $35, pork intestine soup $35, and peanuts $35.

The surface is thick, but the entrance does not have the expected Q-bounce.
It has a slightly more solid taste.
Some crispy bean sprouts are added to complement the texture perfectly.
The black sauce is slightly sweet bean paste
Not spicy at all, mainly salty and sweet, smells a bit like sweet noodle sauce
It’s not amazing, but it’s still delicious. If you haven’t tried it before, you can give it a try.

Pork intestine soup$35
The pork intestines are well processed and have no fishy smell.
The texture is chewy and not too hard to bite.
I added some shredded ginger and coriander to suppress the fishy smell and enhance the freshness.
Add some sauerkraut to add sourness and crunchy texture
Overall, it’s a delicious bowl of pig intestine soup.

Peanuts $35
The peanuts are cooked very soft
Paired with soft carrots and crisp cucumbers
The taste is very rich.
The seasoning is slightly salty
Although there is chili pepper, it doesn’t really have any spicy taste.

It tastes like a good snack bar
Not to the point where I need to make a special trip to eat.
