❤️ A braised dish shop that always has many customers, usually a place to eat when the oden shop is closed.

📍 This place is located in the Southern Airport Night Market, slightly on the outskirts (Alley 313). There are no indoor seating or restrooms available.
🚗 If driving, it's recommended to park at the nearby Xinhe Courtyard Station (40 TWD/hour), or at the further Jiuguang Multi-story Parking Lot (20 TWD/hour) and Xinhe Elementary School underground parking lot (30 TWD/hour).
🏍️ Motorcycles can be parked temporarily in front of the shop.

💬 What I love most about this braised dish is that it's not just simply boiled food; they also use special sauces and pickled vegetables, along with green onions for seasoning. If you didn’t know, you might think you're eating salty water chicken. If you like spicy flavors, you can ask the owner for some special chili sauce. However, since everything is cooked to order, you'll need to wait a little while. Additionally, if you want to order vegetables, just let the owner know (the cabbage outside is just for decoration).

🥢Radish $20 The braising is very flavorful, tender yet maintains a crispness, and each bite is infused with the braising sauce. The cooking time is just right, so the radish isn’t overly soft. 🥬Cabbage $30 The cabbage and cauliflower need to be ordered separately from the boss. The boss has prepared small plates, and you can taste both the braising sauce and the sweetness of the cabbage. 🍘Rice Sausage $20 The outer skin of the rice sausage is chewy, while the filling is soft and glutinous, soaking up the fragrant braising sauce very well. I’ve had rice sausage before that wasn’t heated, but this time I specifically mentioned it to the boss, so he cooked it a bit longer.

Alot of shops to choose from. They are famous for their nasi kandar and their duck rice and tua pan (sa hor pan) is tasty as well. There is also nyonya kuih for dessert. However, not all the shops are good. Give the wan tan mee a miss as its a dissapointment and would rate it 1 star.

「突然覺得煙燻滷味好像可以代替零食解嘴饞?他比我想像中的還要好吃。」by 姐姐 <關於餐點🥣> 由於食記少了一篇,所以想說回家的路上買點東西試看看,這個時候路過了之前建過點的煙燻滷味,現在那邊買了雞胗跟豆干來吃看看。 他的雞胗吃起來其實沒有什麼味道,味道嚐起來淡淡的,不需要配飯的那種,加上他脆脆的口感,吃起來真的跟吃零食沒兩樣🤣 豆干的部分還不錯,微辣微辣的感覺,配飯很對味,看起來有加豆瓣醬,整體很入味。 <關於店員👨‍🍳> 店員滿有耐心的,而且也很重視整潔的感覺,只要有處理食物都會好好戴上手套。 <關於環境🐾> 位於羅東夜市附近,店的位置不算明顯,是騎機車甚至於走路過去都不一定會發現的那種🤣

大家好 我是中壢吃貨阿瑋自從有了fooday,每天都想要去哪裡找新餐廳介紹給大家相對的餐費,也一直增加. 今天跟朋友們相約到桃園聊天夜走,朋友剛下班已經9點多朋友還沒吃飯,走著走著就看到一家24小時的店家,朋友肚子餓就進來吃了。 我們點了下面東西 有些忘了拍 冬瓜排骨酥麵80_湯頭不錯,可選黃/白麵。 米糕35_不推,只比統一布丁高一些。 乾麵40_份量OK,肉臊不少,菜單上不能選黃/白麵。 蔥油餅35_還算酥脆,沒有太特別。 苦瓜排骨湯50_很小一盅,CP值印象不如其它可加麵的各類排骨湯們。 玉米煎餃65_感覺就像拿對面笙富水餃來煎,焦脆層有點太薄,咀嚼的咔滋氣勢不夠。 整體而言,環境還算整潔,角落位置吹不到冷氣,24小時營業本想稱讚一下,我們幾個中年大叔,找不到東西吃還是會來再吃看看。
