"Old Jiang Red Tea Milk" has been operating locally in Kaohsiung since 1953 on Victory Road. Their coffee red tea latte and red tea latte have driven the public crazy, and they serve local breakfast items like soft-boiled eggs, ham and egg toast, cheese egg pancakes, and egg yolk pastries. With a 24-hour service model, you can eat from morning until night.
The interior decoration of the Victory store is simple and comfortable, using an automatic ordering system. After ordering, you wait at your seat for your meal to be called. There are several tables and chairs set up for dine-in on the outdoor patio, and for parking, scooters can park at the entrance, while cars can park on the roadside (although it's not the easiest). It's about a 15-minute walk from Tainan Train Station.
Here is the menu for Old Jiang Red Tea Milk's Victory store: Drinks include the signature red tea, toasted bread, egg pancakes, fried items, and pot dishes.
Red Tea Milk (Medium) $55
I heard that they originally used the famous Gaomu fresh milk, but it seems they changed the recipe later on. It looks like they are currently using Unified fresh milk. The tea aroma is rich and thick, with a strong burnt flavor from the red tea, leaving a heavy bitter aftertaste. Overall, it might not be to everyone’s liking. I’ll try other dishes next time I have the chance~~~
Thoughts: The flavor is very much a strong red tea fresh milk; the burnt aftertaste is not to my liking XDD.
