Tucheng District, New Taipei City - A small, home-roasted coffee shop with warm wood. The owner is introverted, friendly and professional. It is worth a visit for coffee lovers who like high-quality hand-brewed coffee!
📍Iced oat milk latte NT$100
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
It is mellow at the beginning, with a cool temperature and then a thick roasted aroma that fills the entire mouth and nose. The rich coffee aroma, you can drink the oil flavor extracted by espresso pressure. The finish brings a light sweetness and the unique oatmeal flavor of oat milk. The whole thing is very coordinated and balanced!
Unfortunately, the air conditioner was being repaired that day, so the environment was a bit stuffy.
📍 Ethiopian Humbera, washed and lightly baked (the boss entertains you for free)
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖
Rich floral and lemon aroma, with a hint of hawthorn at the end. The whole thing is very sweet and sour! No sweet or bitter taste! The beans are fresh and of good quality!
▶️ Environment
🔹 The internal space is very small, with only two tables (a total of 5 chairs, which can only seat up to 5 people)
🔹 Very textured retro wood style
🔹 There is only one socket next to the table (one is used to plug in the electric fan)
🔹 The toilet is at the back, you have to ask the boss
🔹 You cannot install drinking water by yourself, you can ask the boss
▶️ Thoughtful reminder
🔹 Cash only
🔹 The shy boss feels like a professional, he is very nice, you can take the initiative to chat with him and ask for advice XD
▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 Different from the coffee shops in the city, this one is full of the warmth of a local shop. (A bit like a small alley cafe in Japan), the on-site owner will roast beans in the back, and the whole space is filled with the aroma of roasting. The coffee quality is really good! The boss's hand-brewed coffee and espresso are both of high quality! This is a cafe that I would recommend to my friends. The only pity is that there are too few seats inside! Currently, the only items I eat are biscuits.
