I woke up early for breakfast today and went to Tainan's old coffee shop that has been around for at least 10 years - Fish Sheep Fresh Beans.
To this day, the old feel of the store can still be seen from the exterior and interior. There are only two old stores in Tainan, both of which have a Showa-style feel. Frankly speaking, it feels better to go inside on weekdays.
Brunch is only available until 13:30. What’s very cost-effective is that you can choose the staple food with latte and other coffee drinks (worth about 70-100 yuan). The staple food includes sandwiches and bread. The bread here is advertised as the store’s own Make.
Today I chose the smoked salmon whole wheat sandwich with hot sugar-free latte (210 yuan). You can choose one, two or three slices for the sandwich, which is very customizable.
The sandwich is packed with thick lettuce, tomato slices, and hard-boiled egg slices, especially with seaweed. The overall taste is very refreshing, and combined with the atmosphere of the store, I feel like I am having breakfast at home😌
If you want to have a leisurely morning on holiday or vacation, you can come here to eat and drink. Of course, a cup of coffee on weekdays is also highly recommended!
