The Florence Gate

"The Florence Gate" is a cafe located at Villa Costanza Station in Florence. Because it opens very early, it is very suitable for people who need to get up early to have a simple breakfast.

Because we were going to take a day trip to Tuscany today, we took the streetcar at 7 a.m. and arrived at Villa Costanza, the terminal station of the T1 route. We wanted to have a cup of coffee to wake up, but we only saw this cafe nearby, so we didn’t have much choice. Just walked in

I didn’t expect it to be very spacious inside, with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, but we had to take the bus to leave soon, so we opted for takeout

It's quite a small cup, and it tastes pretty good, not very bitter, but just average, nothing special.

Original croissant €2.1
It's a bit hard to bite, and it doesn't feel like it's freshly made that day. The price is a bit more expensive than other cafes, so I don't recommend it.

Overall, I just bought and drank randomly because there happened to be only this cafe nearby. If I had other choices, I would not choose this one.
