'ROYAL HAWAIIAN CAFE THE PINK'
This time, I enjoyed some pink sweets here:
THE PINK Pancakes are the signature menu item here.
The pink pancakes, colored with natural food sources,
are flashy in appearance, but apparently very healthy for the body.
The pancakes come in a stack of four,
topped generously with coconut and fresh cream,
and you pour maple syrup over them.
You might think they look sweet,
but the fresh cream is light,
and the sweetness is modest.
The cocktail juice is refreshing and easy to drink.
Both the exterior and interior are pink,
making it feel like the Royal Hawaiian Center in Hawaii!
The wall art also has a Hawaiian vibe,
and Lake Biwa starts to look like the ocean in Hawaii.
For those visiting with children (elementary school age and younger),
there's free super ball scooping available only on weekends and holidays,
and since I visited during Christmas, there was also a limited Christmas menu.
The children's menu is cute and recommended as well.
Considering the portion sizes, the prices might be slightly high.
