Afternoon Tea2 pplNT$170

First, the conclusion: #Five-star review for a free scallop 🌟
#Only one table for two for dining in, mainly for takeout
#You can really taste the quality ingredients, everything is outstanding, fresh, and delicious 🔥
#Soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger are side condiments but left the deepest impression on me
Ordering time: Tuesday 15:30
Waiting time: 0! (100% full)
Waiting for food: 11 minutes

Here are the items ordered and their prices 🔻
🔺 Salmon nigiri $40
The vinegared rice didn't leave much of an impression; the vinegar flavor wasn't too prominent, but the boss is skilled, and the rice doesn't fall apart
🔺 Flounder shoulder nigiri $60 👍🏼
The searing brought out the oil aroma, and the fin edge is an unbeatable presence
🔺 Salmon sashimi $30 👍🏼
The texture is just right, absolutely no sign of incomplete thawing or being mushy 🔥 and has a decent thickness and size; the soy sauce and wasabi used are homemade by the restaurant, and the taste is really different: the soy sauce isn’t overly salty, and the wasabi isn't too pungent, yet it adds depth to the food 😍
The pickled ginger is sweet and delicious on its own
🔺 Fish bone miso soup $30 👍🏼
It completely outshines many chain sushi restaurants, saying fish bone is modest, it should be renamed fish meat miso soup! At least 6 pieces of salmon meat, and it was especially fragrant because it was sautéed; the texture isn’t dry at all and is very tasty, with white radish and winter melon (?) as ingredients that are also well infused with flavor. The soup base is slightly salty, but I think it’s fine
🔺 Mahi-mahi nigiri $40
The texture didn’t leave much of an impression; I’m not very familiar with this type of fish

Because Google reviews give a free item for five stars
The reviews there should be taken with a grain of salt
But here there are no vested interests, so I'm speaking honestly 😤
In short, it’s all about quality ingredients and freshness
The prices are very reasonable, and it’s delicious when eaten right away
If I pass by again, I’ll check out takeout 😋
There are also photos of the food show guests dining beside the inside tables

Fish bone miso soup ❌ Fish meat miso soup ⭕
The translation is: "That's really nice for $300. 😌"

This is one of our favorite places to visit. The food is tasty and for children under 3 they give you a seaweed rice ball, steamed egg and drink for free, which our toddler enjoys. Service isn't super responsive and you should ring the service bell to get tea refills. But we love this place and come back often, highly recommend if you go to megacity mall and especially if you have kids under 3.

This place has a nice outdoor seating area in front and also in the back, especially nice when Vanderbilt Open Streets is running, as then the street is closed to cars and there are a lot of events like live bands, so the atmosphere is festive. The sushi here is fresh and tastes really good, very happy with the Ocean Lover roll which has salmon, tuna and avocado. The tonkatsu curry is also really delicious, especially the fried pork cutlet is really juicy and goes well with the curry sauce, and the rice is also fragrant. The curry has a nice kick as well. This is also a place we frequent quite a bit.
