When it comes to the must-drink coffee when traveling to Rome, 9 out of 10 bloggers would recommend Golden Cup Coffee. As tourists, of course we must make a pilgrimage!
Jinbei Coffee is located near the Pantheon, less than a minute’s walk away. It is recommended that you line up with the Pantheon when planning your itinerary.
The interior decoration of Jinbei Coffee looks like a period coffee shop. Most people stand at the bar and drink coffee. You can sit down and enjoy your coffee slowly, but you will have to pay a higher price.
In addition to selling coffee for drinking, they also sell coffee beans and coffee powder. In addition to manual checkout, there are also vending machines at the entrance of the store. It is indeed a famous store with many customers.
We arrived at around 3 pm on Friday. There were many tourists outside the Pantheon, but surprisingly we could drink the Golden Cup coffee without queuing up. This may be because there are many waiters making coffee in the store and they move very quickly. Most people are quick. One of the reasons is that you run away from people after drinking.
Cappuccino Cuppuccino €1.5
When I took the first sip, I didn’t think it was anything special. The coffee flavor was quite obvious, but the more I drank, the more I felt the perfect blend of milk and coffee aroma. The coffee beans also tasted quite special. The portion was not big, but the price was very cheap. Recommended for afternoon tea or breakfast
Granita Di Caffe Con Panna €4
Seeing that many customers are ordering this, we also ordered a cup to try it out. The bottom layer is fresh cream, the middle layer is coffee smoothie, and the top is full of fresh cream. The coffee smoothie tastes quite acidic, sour and sour. The bitter coffee smoothie is paired with sweet whipped cream, which just relieves the bitterness. It is a very special experience and it is also very refreshing, but overall I still recommend cappuccino.
I finally bought a pack of La Regina dei Caffe 250g for €6.5, and planned to take it back to Taiwan and put it in the office for my colleagues to drink.
In short, I recommend that friends who come to Rome come to Jinbei Coffee for a drink and buy souvenirs~
