Head Town is famous for its Instagrammable café - the Second Pavilion overlooking the sea. It's located right next to the main building. When I went there, the first pavilion was not in operation, and the second pavilion is on the second and third floors of their Mountain View project, which feels quite interesting. Upon entering, there is a place where you can view apartments, and a staff member greets you and guides you upstairs.

I asked if I could sit by the window, since I came here for the sea view. Fortunately, there was a spot available. There is a minimum order of one drink per person and a dining time limit of 90 minutes. You cannot change seats after being assigned, so after confirming the dishes we wanted, we ordered at the counter. After the food was served, the staff would come to the table for checkout. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re in a trial operation, but the food selection seemed a bit limited. They do offer savory foods, which I thought were quite nice.

I ordered the osmanthus Assam milk tea; recently, I've been very tempted to order anything with osmanthus. Although I asked for it to be iced and with ice cubes, it had a nice osmanthus fragrance and wasn't overly sweet. For the cake, I got the Earl Grey caramel chiffon cake. The cake itself was moist, and it had a rich caramel flavor, but the caramel topping was incredibly sweet—so sweet that it masked the flavor of the drink. If you see it as decoration, I think the combination of the cake, whipped cream, and caramel sauce was quite nice.

The weather that day was fantastic, the scenery was beautiful, with the sea view, afternoon tea, and air conditioning—definitely worth spending an entire afternoon there to unwind. However, I did feel that the space was a bit cramped, and the prices were somewhat high. Currently, they accept only cash, but the atmosphere was great, and the staff's attitude was friendly.

I recommend that visitors take a stroll along the coast. After a hot and tiring walk, you can relax at the café—a leisurely and comfortable outing. If you’re driving, there are paid parking lots nearby, making it quite convenient.
