丘山茶 Hilltea

This shop is located in a tea house on Guangming 1st Road in Nantou City. My friend and I have been looking at this shop for a long time, and finally had the opportunity to come and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, the weather has not been very good during the holidays in the past few days, and the appearance looks very gloomy when photographed. I was mixing colors by myself. The appearance of the store was ordinary, and the signboard was not very obvious. There were about four similar stores on that street, but Qiushan Tea was probably the largest one.

As soon as we stepped into the store, it was full of literary and artistic atmosphere. It felt very different from the outside of the store. There were generally not many seats in the inner area (we didn’t take photos because there were so many people). Because it was a holiday and we didn’t make a reservation, we sat outside. Unexpectedly, there were more outdoor locations than I thought, and the decoration was pretty good. I thought it would be quite artistic to dine outdoors when the weather was comfortable.

We first sit down at the dining area, read some of the rules in the store, select our meals, and then go to the counter to order, and then the meals will be delivered by the waiter.

I ordered the Four Seasons Spring Melaleuca and Guava Lemon Juice. This was my first time to eat millalleuca, so the review was not very good. When I ate it, I didn’t feel it was too sweet. It had a strong tea flavor that melted in my mouth. , the texture is soft but quite solid, because I don’t like cream very much, but this is okay. My friend ordered the raw milk mille-feuille, and I took a bite. I thought it was a good thing I didn’t order it at first, because at the end of the meal, I might It will feel very greasy, and you may need to drink it with tea. As for the drinks, I did not choose drinks that contain caffeine, which will make it difficult to fall asleep at night. Finally, I chose guava lemon juice. I chose it when I saw lemon juice. The taste of guava took over my mouth. In my mouth, the lemon taste is weak. It looks like the guava has been broken into small pieces. It tastes gritty when I drink it. It’s a pity that the acidity of the lemon is not highlighted. Maybe I just drink it directly. Freshly squeezed lemon juice doesn't bother you. This cup tastes sweet but not sour, but the overall taste is okay. I recommend it to people who are afraid of sourness but still want to drink it.

The experience was pretty good. I really like the atmosphere created in the store. I would like to come back to experience other items. It is a good place to relax.
