In the morning, after finishing my classes, I had some free time in the afternoon. I wanted to invite some classmates from my department to a café close to school to study, nap, and scroll on our phones. I had known about this café for a while but hadn’t had the chance to visit until it was recommended by a classmate, so this was my first time there.
I went in on Friday afternoon, and there were only about two or three other groups of people. However, there didn’t seem to be many seats available. I heard from my friends that it gets busier later on, and there’s a small takeout counter as well.
The décor is a more vintage-modern style. The wall where we sat had a lot of small sticky notes left by previous customers. They provided colored pencils, and I could see many interesting little drawings (my friends and I also left some XD).
The café is very quiet, making it suitable for hanging out and chatting with friends.

🌻 Honey Lemon Soda $140
Not very sweet, just a regular honey lemon soda. Based on my experience of drinking sodas multiple times, it’s not something you need to specifically come for. I didn’t order any coffee since I don’t drink it, but friends I know from my department seem to come here for their house-roasted coffee and hand-brewed options.
The other drinks were ordered by my friends, and they thought they were quite ordinary.
🌻 Cave Pudding $80
A standard pudding with a chewy texture. The egg flavor isn’t very pronounced, the caramel is a bit bitter, and the pudding itself isn’t too sweet. Overall, it’s balanced pretty well; it’s not particularly delicious but worth trying.
🌻 Honey Butter Thick Toast $60 (no photo)
Super! Recommend! Extremely delicious!
The freshly baked thick toast has a slightly crispy texture and is paired with slightly melted butter. Eating it hot in winter feels truly blissful… You must order the thick toast; it’s really good!

In summary, I would definitely visit again just to have the thick toast one more time… this super amazing thick toast! It’s super delicious and inexpensive! I could eat two pieces!
