In the morning, I was admiring Arashiyama in Japan. I walked slowly from the bamboo forest path to Arashi Gorge. The scenery along the way was unforgettable. As I walked, I started to feel hungry, so I went to Kameyama House, which had good reviews nearby.
Before the opening hours, many people were already waiting outside.
Be sure to book a table and leave information on the notebook outside the store in advance

It took me a long time to wait until it was my turn
As soon as you sit down, grandma will hand you a hot towel to wipe your hands. This is an experience that you rarely experience in Taiwan.
And this time I ordered something that I have never tasted in Japan.

✨Oyakodon (850 yen):
The chicken is soft and tender, paired with just-cooked eggs. The rice is slightly soggy but the overall taste is delicious. Coupled with the appearance, it can be said to be full of color, flavor and flavor.
·Oden (750 yen):
Whether oden is delicious or not depends on the soup and radish. The soup here is sweet and not too salty, the radish is cooked well enough, the braised egg yolk is rich but not dry, the tofu and black radish are also just right, the only thing that is a bit disappointing is the octopus The feet are also very soft, which is a bit contrary to the original perception, but it is still a delicacy.

This is one of our favorite places to visit. The food is tasty and for children under 3 they give you a seaweed rice ball, steamed egg and drink for free, which our toddler enjoys. Service isn't super responsive and you should ring the service bell to get tea refills. But we love this place and come back often, highly recommend if you go to megacity mall and especially if you have kids under 3.

This place has a nice outdoor seating area in front and also in the back, especially nice when Vanderbilt Open Streets is running, as then the street is closed to cars and there are a lot of events like live bands, so the atmosphere is festive. The sushi here is fresh and tastes really good, very happy with the Ocean Lover roll which has salmon, tuna and avocado. The tonkatsu curry is also really delicious, especially the fried pork cutlet is really juicy and goes well with the curry sauce, and the rice is also fragrant. The curry has a nice kick as well. This is also a place we frequent quite a bit.
