If you're lucky, you can park one car at the entrance. There are 3 seats underneath the awning where you can wait. A little bit of cold air from the counter can help cool you down; when I came at noon, there were only 2 staff members, and I waited about 20 minutes to get my drink, so I deducted one star.

It was really hot at noon, so I ordered unsweetened fresh milk tea without any toppings because I thought it would be more refreshing. As always, 50 Lan is a great thirst quencher; no matter where you go, it always tastes just as good. The fresh milk and Ceylon black tea are in a 1:1 ratio, and the milk and tea flavors complement each other without overshadowing one another. However, the waiting time was quite long, but I can understand since it seems like this place primarily caters to the industrial area with delivery, so the staff is likely insufficient.

If you come here at noon, you will probably have to wait quite a while. There are many factories around, and during lunch breaks, people come to buy drinks. Next time, I might use the phone to order for delivery; otherwise, waiting there feels like a big waste of time.
