A great treasure store discovered in Xiaoliuqiu last week! After a week, I couldn’t forget the chewy cold noodles, the right sauce, and the delicious pot-roasted soup! It is a must-eat restaurant in Xiaoliuqiu that seems simple but is actually not simple.

\ Cold noodles are the key point, satisfying the desire for choice and appetite /

The menu is lined up with 7 kinds of noodles to choose from, such as: quinoa, buckwheat, green algae, bamboo charcoal, red dragon fruit, and grass jelly.

There are many ingredients to choose from on the ingredient selection table, with options of 4, 6 or 8 ingredients. You can choose from edamame, meat, fruits and vegetables, fungus and other ingredients.

In terms of sauces, there are 6 kinds of sauces for us to match, including sesame, lemon vinegar, and Thai hot and sour sauces.

The use of natural and colorful ingredients to make noodles and the rich selection of ingredients are very attractive in themselves.

But the point is!

The texture of their noodle is so amazing, it slides into your mouth cold and chewy, and paired with the sesame-flavored sauce, the texture and taste buds are not boring at all. In the hot summer of Xiaoliuqiu, the whole plate of cold noodles will relieve the heat and instantly It's all been solved.

The pot-roasted soup feels like it has been carefully stewed and is very delicious! I saw that there are items with whole rolls on top, but I didn’t order them at the time. Maybe I will try them next time.

Overall, the food in this restaurant is thoughtful, creative, and unique. It is the most amazing restaurant in my trip to Xiaoliuqiu. However, the tables and chairs in the store are a bit dense, and the tables next to each other are very close to each other when dining. This is the only flaw. place. But no matter what, the food is extremely rare and hard to find, so I definitely recommend it.
