This well-established restaurant in Xinzhuang, Xiongji Shaobing Youtiao, is only open 4 days a week. It is always crowded when it opens. I buy it almost once a week. I should be considered a regular customer. I recommend Avoid Saturdays and Sundays. On weekends, there are often more people queuing up at Laerfu at the entrance of the market...
