This 小籠包 (soup dumpling) stall is located on Xingfeng Road in Bade and is said to have been operating for over 30 years. They make the dumplings on the spot and steam them fresh. The dumplings have a slightly thick skin and are filled with pork and scallions. The price has increased from 7 NT dollars each in the past to 9 NT dollars now. The steamed dumplings cost 5 NT dollars each, and a basket of 14 costs 70 NT dollars, with a thin skin and a filling of cabbage and meat.

On holidays, if you don't go early, you usually have to wait in line for a while. They issue numbered tickets, and you have to wait for your number to be called. It is recommended to call ahead to make a reservation; they will inform you of your number and time.

There is no dining inside, and they only accept cash. The stall is located by the roadside on Xingfeng Road.
