This is a store that is not on Google Maps. It is an old store that only locals will go to. I grew up eating it and it has been open for about 20 years.
The environment may be NG for most people, but the locals have been eating it for decades, so I think it’s acceptable, and I mostly take it home to eat.
There is no menu in the store, so you almost have to ask the boss verbally for the price.
This time I ordered the large intestine sausage, which costs 55 yuan a portion.
It has the aroma of charcoal grilling. The large intestine is stuffed with familiar peanuts. The sausage is sweet. My favorite part is that it can be eaten with ginger slices.
I went to other counties and cities and found out that only this restaurant provided ginger slices. And after I came to the north, I discovered that large intestine sausages were rarely cut into plates. They were all large intestines wrapped in small intestines.
So I will definitely come here every time I return to my hometown.
But to be fair, the taste is pretty good. Maybe I give it a higher rating because I am a regular customer.
They also sell oden. It’s a pity that there is almost no such combination in the north. Large intestine sausage paired with a bowl of oden soup is really great.
But today for brunch, I only ordered sausage sausage, and usually add some charcoal grilled black wheel slices.
The boss said that the business hours are from around 9 a.m. to sunset in the evening, and there is no fixed timetable.
If you have the opportunity to come to this countryside, I really recommend everyone to come and eat!
There is another famous sausage restaurant in my hometown, but the sausage in their sausage is stuffed with emperor beans. I don't like it, so I still eat this one regularly.
