The atmosphere is nice.
Located in the tourist hotspot of Kokusai Street in Naha, Okinawa, is the Makishi Public Market.
Kanzhou Soba: The noodles are thick and chewy, and it contains three types of meat (three-layer pork, pig's feet, and cartilage). The portion is quite generous and the value is extremely high, very tasty.
Sashimi Set Meal: It includes seven types of fish, all very fresh. There is a small bowl of noodle soup with well-seasoned broth, and the rice is delicious and chewy. The pickles are crunchy and not too salty, and the portion is just right.
Wagyu Beef Grilled Meat Rice Bowl: Onion beef grilled meat, fresh and tender without being dry. The rice is also chewy and delicious, with the miso soup being well-seasoned. The overall portion is quite substantial and filling.
Pig's Feet + Three-Layer Pork Slices: Very fresh with no pork odor, delicious. The skin comes off easily, and the meat is fresh, tender, and tasty; it’s really good.
Beer: Smooth and refreshing.
A la carte Squid: Fresh and chewy, cooked well.
A la carte Fried Pork Cutlet: Crispy on the outside, with fried luncheon meat inside, quite tasty.
Overall, it's delicious.
