A shop specializing in croissants near Yaletown Station
I have to say that North America is really good at this type of bread cuisine.
It is unmatched by a few Taiwanese
There is an area at the back of this store that is the croissant making area, where you can see the baker making fresh croissants on the spot.
This time I came here because of its reputation and ordered two kinds of croissant with my friends.
After ordering both kinds of croissants, the clerk will help you bake them, so you will have a crispy texture when you eat them. It’s super awesome.
Pistachio &raspberry: The taste of pistachios when paired with bread is unexpectedly refreshing and not too sweet. When paired with croissants, you will want to eat them one bite after another.
Double baked almond & chocolate: I recommend this the most. There is a thin layer of powdered sugar sprinkled on top of the almonds, so it tastes more colorful, and the chocolate sauce is in the filling, so it has a very rich feeling.
Conclusion: There are really a bunch of great cafes in Yaletown. If you come for a walk, you can really choose one to sit down and enjoy afternoon tea.
