Pork chop and black pepper teppanyaki noodles. The texture of the teppanyaki noodles is very similar to the teppanyaki noodles used for night market steaks. The black pepper is also the same. I doubt the boss came from the night market. It is different from the round noodles of ordinary breakfast shop teppanyaki noodles.
