There are so many drink shops to choose from along this section of Meicun Road. The one I chose today is Youyin, which is the first time I’ve heard of it in Taichung.

I heard it's very famous from Taipei. Every time I pass by, there are a lot of people queuing up. It's rare that there's no one around so I come over to buy something. But after ordering drinks, there's a long queue behind me. I'm really here to attract customers.

This time I ordered sugar-sweetened black tea, which definitely sounded very sweet, but it didn’t taste quite right. Overall, it wasn’t too hard to drink. It was quite a novel drink.
Maybe it’s because I ordered sugar-free, so it’s not very sweet. It’s just using the sweetness of the candy itself, and the candy can still be bitten. After it’s been left for a while, the sweetness of the candy and the drink can be felt only after it is completely melted. Combined, it should be a drink that cannot be drunk immediately.

There were enough clerks in this shop to see a total of ten people. It was also the first time I saw so many clerks in a beverage shop. The business must be great. I immediately looked at Wutong No. and Chunbai next to it and saw no one there.
