Today I found a very good coffee shop, hidden in an alley. I passed by it many times, but I really can’t recognize it!

Because it uses 85-degree pure dark chocolate, the boss recommends adding milk for those who are afraid of bitterness; but for people like me who are pursuing bitter cocoa, strongly recommend Recommend not adding milk!

To make hot cocoa, you need to melt the chocolate first and then add the chocolate powder and cook it together. Although it takes a while (you can go to the bookstore next door to see the cats in the meantime), the texture of the hot cocoa is very rich after it is served. In fact, the taste in the mouth is not bitter, but moderately bitter and sweet, which is the taste I am looking for in my heart!

I also ordered cheese cake (90 yuan). The boss said that they are made of three types of cheese and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese powder. It tastes salty and sweet. Compared with ordinary thick cheese cakes, it is very special and relieves tiredness. .

Overall, I really like this small shop with about 10 people. There are sockets where you can stay all day long, and the price is affordable. The most important thing is that the boss is really a gentleman. A beautiful weekend should really be wasted on beautiful things!
