When I came to the Huayuan Night Market in Tainan, I must make a pilgrimage to "Second Senior Brother". The Second Senior Brother's braised meat has always been special when I was studying in Tainan. I smelled a familiar smell 😋 It’s so fragrant~ I’d be sorry if I didn’t buy it!

Because I still want to eat a lot of night market delicacies, I just bought a small portion of chicken heart to enjoy it. The chicken heart is super tender, although it is tender but elastic! The texture is chewy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with the unique marinade. Even the preserved egg mommy is full of praise!
There is no going back on the prices. Years ago, they were so cheap and plentiful. Now, prices are slowly starting to rise🥹
