There is a heating iron plate on each table. The master prepares it in the kitchen and then puts it on the iron plate in front of you for secondary heating and heat preservation.
I ordered three things, beef tongue, okonomiyaki (with noodles) and shochu
The thin salted beef tongue is delicious, very tender, and the taste is just right.
The other one is Okonomiyaki (with noodles), but I don’t understand enough about Okonomiyaki (or monjayaki), and I feel that the way it is made is completely different from what I used to eat in Taiwan 😂😂😂

The taste is a bit salty, but still quite good. The slightly burnt dough is topped with Mayonnaise and served with fried vegetables. One portion is enough for two people.
