Highly recommended for dessert lovers, this dessert shop in Hualien is a must-visit. There are branches in Taipei, but you can dine in at the original location in Hualien. The dining environment is comfortable, with restrooms and air conditioning, and you can also order drinks. It's perfect for afternoon tea and won't break the bank. There's even a dedicated parking lot next door, so you won't have to worry about parking spaces.
The value for money is very high; each slice of cake is almost never more than $50, and you can choose from various types to share with everyone. I highly recommend the brownies—they're not too sweet and aren't too hard or dry.
My favorites also include the tiramisu, and this time I also ordered the gold chocolate hazelnut and the black rock yogurt cheesecake, both of which were great. I think they're not overly sweet or cloying. We didn’t buy any drinks to go with them, but we still enjoyed everything very much.
They also sell whole cakes, but unfortunately, they only accept cash payments.
