I saw the trending high school egg crepe on IG. The egg crepe is made from a flour batter. Coincidentally, my sister's former colleague wanted to eat it, so we went to line up. The double egg crepe is now 50 TWD, while the one-egg crepe is 40 TWD. I had the one-egg crepe. The flavor of the scallions in the crepe is quite strong. A pan-fried bun costs 20 TWD, and it’s a vegetarian option with cabbage. If you only want the pan-fried bun, you don’t need to wait in line.
I took a bite of my sister’s double egg crepe; it has a better texture and a generous portion, which should be filling enough for a guy. The chili sauce is made from fermented broad beans.
The drinks available include sweetened milk tea, unsweetened soy milk, and sweetened soy milk, each costing 20 TWD.
Basically, you need to stand in line. If you have the time to try it, you should go for it.
They only accept cash, and parking for cars and scooters along the red line is quite dangerous.
