❤️ When it comes to classic beverage shops, we can't help but mention Ching Shin Fu Chuan, which has accompanied us through various moments of our childhood. Moreover, this place operates 24 hours, making it a real late-night snack disruptor. However, please do not check the Google reviews, as you will see some horrifying photos...
Each post has actual dining photos; even if it's just a picture of a drink, it helps avoid some users pretending to have dined there without showing any food pictures.

📍 This location is near Long-Jiao Road and Zhonghua Street in Luzhou, which is a very lively area.
🚗 It's recommended to park in roadside parking spaces or nearby parking lots (behind Jmart).
🏍️ There are also plenty of motorcycle parking spots nearby, but most people temporarily park at the store's entrance when buying drinks.
💬 I don't know how many late nights I have spent with Ching Shin's Oolong Green tea by my side. There are few beverage shops that have remained so steadfast over the years. From Tainan City to being spread all over the island, from styrofoam cups to now using eco-friendly cups with a five-dollar discount, these are all changes and growth that Ching Shin has undergone.
The staff were thoughtful enough to provide me with a paper order after seeing me photographing the menu, which is also a considerate gesture. Plus, operating 24 hours, it's your only option if you're craving a cup of hand-shaken drink to go with some evil fried chicken in the early hours!
(But really, be careful with the Google Map reviews; when I checked them, I almost poured my drink out—it was quite a chilling experience...)
