It's a great northwest restaurant. I visited Guangzhou on a business trip two years ago and ate there, and I was impressed by its hand-caught lamb chops.

I was on a business trip to Shenzhen this time. I took some time off and ran to Guangzhou with two junior students in the rain. I tried it again and it was still very delicious😋. It is indeed a restaurant recommended by Michelin.

The store is not easy to find. It is located near Xiaobei Street where there are many black people. The owner and store clerk are both Hui, so please abide by some Islamic rules in the store (such as not drinking alcohol)

Highly recommend the hand-caught lamb chops
The mutton is cooked very tender and comes off the bones very easily.
The texture of the meat is like jelly and very chewy and tasty.
Not much seasoning, just boiled and steamed
It tastes great with some salt or garlic!
It was so delicious that we added a second helping

The grilled lamb chops are a bit heavier, but they taste pretty good too👌

The baguette chicken is relatively average. If you don't particularly like it, I think it's better to focus on the hand-caught lamb chops!

I will come again next time I come to Guangzhou, highly recommended!
