This crepe shop located on Qishan Old Street should be said to be the memory of children who grew up in Qishan in the 1990s. I will buy it every time I go back to Qishan Old Street.
We have the same owner as the Golden Cheese Sticks next door. Usually, the boss sells cheese sticks and the lady boss sells crepes. You don’t need to fill out the form, just order directly with the lady boss. The lady boss has a super good memory and doesn’t use paper notes. But no order will be missed
Their crepes are not soft French crepes, but crispy Taiwanese crepes that taste a bit like biscuits. The price is really cheap compared to the north. They sell sweet and salty flavors. I compare them myself. I prefer sweet flavors, and I often order condensed milk and chocolate.
Today, I ordered cheese for $35 and tuna salad for $55.
Cheese - Put 6 cheese slices. When making it, the cheese slices will be heated up by the heat, which is very therapeutic. When you eat it at first, it will be a crispy biscuit, but when you eat the cheese, it will change. Crispy yet soft texture, salty and delicious, highly recommended!
Tuna Salad - In addition to tuna, there are also 3 cheese slices, corn, lettuce, and salad dressing (mayonnaise). The boss lady will attach a fork, which is convenient for eating the ingredients in the crepe; tuna It is relatively dry, but when paired with lettuce and mayonnaise, it becomes quite good. If you want a salty crepe, you can try it. The portion is enough for a late night snack.
Recently I discovered that you can also add two flavors together, such as matcha condensed milk. I haven’t ordered it like this yet. I’ll give it a try next time~
Seriously, is this crepe particularly delicious compared to other crepes? Maybe not. In fact, it tastes just like a standard delicious croquette, and more of a memory~
But it is also recommended to tourists who come to Qishan Old Street. Its taste will never be inferior to its price!
