🚗 You can park at the central parking lot on Minquan Street, and there have been no charges.

💬 Summers in Hualien are really hot; just walking a short distance makes me sweat profusely, so I had to go to a nearby beverage store to buy a drink.

At noon, there are really a lot of people; I waited behind about ten groups of customers, and I could see the store staff filling bags with drinks on the counter, waiting for customers to pick them up.

Currently, they have a collaboration with Pokémon, offering several purchasable items (too bad the store doesn’t have a space to play).
