A newly opened drink shop near Guangfu Road and Hsinchu Science Park focuses on green tea as their signature item. I've heard that the flavor of green tea changes with the seasons.

On a weekday afternoon around 3 PM, there’s no need to queue, though it looks like there are quite a few delivery orders.

Summer green + tapioca, large size, no sugar, lesser ice $45
The pure tea isn't astringent.
The tea flavor isn't too strong,
but it doesn't have the woody notes described on the menu (?)
Maybe because there's no comparison, the sensation isn't obvious.
It’s my first time seeing tapioca added at a drink shop (✪ω✪).
The toppings at drink shops are becoming more varied.
The tapioca's sweetness isn't too high, and it has a crunchier texture,
similar to that sold at night markets.

The balance between tea and milk flavors is quite good.
It’s smooth and not greasy to drink.
The tea jelly might be less pronounced due to the green tea used.
