The super famous egg pancakes located in Sanchong, New Taipei, have been on my to-eat list for a long time, and I finally made a pilgrimage today!
It is not open for dine-in use, only take-out. To take out, you need to get a number plate. When the clerk calls the number, you can order food with the clerk. Although there are many customers, the clerk always maintains a very friendly attitude.
We came to buy it around 9:50 on Sunday morning. There were a lot of people queuing up. The number plate we got was No. 31, but at that time only No. 15 was called. We finally bought it at 10:30
Egg pancake $40
You can tell the clerk whether to cut it or not, and whether to add sauce or not (the clerk said it’s sweet and spicy sauce). It’s recommended to add sauce.
The egg pancakes here are similar to fried egg and scallion pancakes. The eggs are added with green onions and the flour flavor is very fragrant. The conclusion is that they are delicious! I ate one and it wasn’t enough!
ps. I saw quite a few customers ordering double eggs, so they should be quite satisfied.
Warm soy milk $15
The bean flavor is strong and it is a delicious soy milk, but it is a bit sweet. Drinking it all by yourself will make you a little thirsty.
Overall, although it takes a long time to queue up, the fried egg pancakes are quite delicious. I will definitely eat it again if I come to Mie!
