Braised Pork Rice - The taste is mainly salty from soy sauce. The fat meat and lean meat feel separate, about half and half. The fat meat doesn't feel like it melts in the mouth, and the lean meat is not bad at all. However, the rice is cooked quite well, and the grains of rice are distinct.
