❤️ The Hualien Container Market, built from shipping containers from various countries, has become a famous landmark in Hualien and serves as a rest stop on the way from Taipei to the east. 📍 Located on Section 1 of Nanbin Road in Ji'an Township, Hualien, there are plenty of indoor seating options and multiple restrooms available. 🚗 You can park directly in New Paradise Land in Hualien, or use the Starbucks drive-thru without having to get out of the car to buy drinks. 🏍️ Most scooters are also parked inside New Paradise Land, usually in shaded areas... XD

💬 How can you not have visited the famous container house? On this hot summer day, you can enjoy free air conditioning and restrooms, plus free parking. You can sip on a refreshing coffee or Frappuccino and take a nice break at the Starbucks in the container house.

It is said that they originally hired the famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma to design it, utilizing 29 recycled shipping containers that have traveled to ports around the world, creating a unique eco-friendly building. It is the first store in Asia made entirely from "containers," with the containers marked to show their port of origin and latitude and longitude, almost like traveling the world with the containers. They also sell store-exclusive small items.

However, in the afternoon, the inside of the containers can get a bit hot, and customers have a tacit understanding to move to the side that is shaded.
