This is a very lively area next to IT PARK in Cebu, where Ayala Central Mall is also located. It’s a place that many tourists visit, and even locals really enjoy coming here. It’s perfect for shopping, dining, and enjoying some air conditioning. There are almost no bubble tea shops here, but there is a Coco inside the mall where you can buy it. Yes, it’s the Coco from Taiwan. Also, A Little Tea has a variety of milk teas and fresh milk teas to choose from, with options to add pudding, pearls, red beans, and more. However, it’s recommended not to order it too sweet, as local tastes tend to prefer very sweet flavors 😂. In short, it's a nice spot for a weekend stroll when you’re not sure where to go, but island hopping is definitely more fun. You can always come back here later.
