昼過ぎの来店なのでめちゃくちゃ混んでいた。そのせいか対応の雑さを感じた。 食べたのはもつ煮込みラーメン。味はチェーン店なので特に変わらず。 店長かわからないけど仕切ってる人は店員さんに怒鳴らないであげて欲しい。店の雰囲気が悪くなるから。

🍜創業124年！跟著車站一路走來的古早味蕎麥烏龍麵店～ 每次到櫻木町站不知道要吃什麼的時候就會到這間川村屋，一開始只是因為站在外面吃很酷，去年2023年日本新聞報導他們沒有人傳承要關店，引起很多人去吃最後一碗。 不過後來第七代傳人的女兒之一又願意接手，這個百年老店才又再次復活！ 從1900年創業，一直都是立食麵店，目前在店內有一排小矮桌，但戶外還是擺了幾張桌子可以站著吃。 點餐方式是使用日本麵店常見的售票機，還有英文可以對照菜色是幾號，主要其實就是上面的配料不同，也有照片可以看，建議在外面先決定好再進去操作機器。拿出券和找零之後把券交給櫃檯，並指定要蕎麥還是烏龍麵，再等麵煮好就可以了。 平均菜單都在500日圓以下，招牌是雞肉麵，但這天我選了山菜麵，超級喜歡有點像蕨類的山菜🤗 湯頭是柴魚醬油高湯，就是很傳統的日式風味，簡單樸實的味道百吃不膩，尤其是冬天在戶外喝熱湯超舒服的！ 要注意的是店面有兩個出入口、也都有售票機，但是如果在熱門排隊時段的話，要從JR剪票口那個門的方向排隊喔！

Foodies can enjoy soba slowly with icy wheat-flavored fresh mineral water or carefully selected sake. A well-known restaurant in Umeda where you can taste rustic springy soba noodles. There are mainly four types of dipping sauces available: soya sauce, miso sauce, curry sauce & sesame sauce. You can choose thick or thin soba noodles.
