After crossing into the new year and watching the fireworks, I spent a sleepless night indulging in good food. While searching online, I discovered there was a stir-fry place not far away. I made a quick call to confirm they were open, then rode my bike to bring my boyfriend to eat there.
The dishes were great; when the oyster omelet arrived, it looked dark and I was worried I might have made a mistake. But once I took a spoonful, wow, golden egg liquid flowed out. This dish is a treasure! My boyfriend's eyes lit up with surprise. The seasoning was just to my liking, making it worth the trip.
When I saw the beautiful owner at checkout, I couldn't resist sharing how amazing the food was. She told me it was their signature dish. It was fantastic! Next time, I must come back to try other dishes.
