街の中心部にある小さなレストラン。歩行者専用区域の奥に少し隠れていますが、屋外席もあります。
プーリア産の食材を使ったオリジナルで本格的なイタリア料理を提供しています。ピザの原型であるピンサは、一般的なピザとは違った味を楽しめます。さまざまな小麦粉を使用し、72時間発酵させているため、消化にも良いです。
前菜にブルスケッタ、メインコースにサーモンのピンサとゴルゴンゾーラの洋梨のパスタをいただきました。すべてが新鮮に調理されていてとても美味しかったです。
