#Three Gorges
This braised dish restaurant just opened not long ago. After observing for a while, I found that its business is quite good. Today, I happened to have some free time, so I specially came to dine and take a look.

The dining space inside is quite large, with many tables, and the air conditioning is very cool. The shop is still very new, so overall it looks clean, bright, and tidy.

We ordered squid soup noodles, meat soup rice noodles, and dry flat noodles. When the noodles arrived at the table, wow! It’s a big bowl! I even double-checked to make sure I didn’t order a large bowl by mistake. 😅 The soup looks thick, but actually, it’s not. The thickening is very light. The squid has a soft yet crunchy texture. It’s not chewy to the point of being bouncy, but it’s still quite good.

As for the meat soup, I really liked it. The meat is chewy with a good bite to it. You can really feel the whole pieces of meat, not that powdery texture. Compared to yellow noodles, the rice noodles can absorb the broth much better. They are smooth and easy to eat, without the feeling of choking.

The soup flavor is on the lighter side, with a hint of sesame oil, bonito flakes, and crunchy bamboo shoots. For those who prefer stronger flavors, you can add vinegar and chili. I think it tastes very pleasant.

The braised pork on the dry flat noodles is delicious! It’s the kind of flavor that makes me want to specifically order braised pork rice next time. The flat noodles are also not overcooked; they are just right. Plus, for a bowl priced at 35, I think it’s really affordable, and the portion is decent.

Overall, I think it’s pretty good. The dining environment is comfortable, and the food is also nice. During our meal, I saw a customer who had some mobility difficulties. After serving the food, the boss even helped him with the utensils, which was really thoughtful. I will definitely come back to visit again.
